Two Piece Barrel, 5454-H32 aluminum alloy for shell. 5454-0 aluminum alloy for heads. Double conical with 10� drop to center, 50/50 split, 25 PSIG pressure rating and 10� of mercury vacuum, non-loading.

� 4� Girard combination vent with Tef-O-Sil gasket 25# MAWP / 10� Hg vacuum with pressure gauge & spring return ball valve for emergency pressure relief. Install a liquid filled 30/60 pressure vacuum gauge in drivers side cabinet connected to Girard vent with 3/8� black airline.

� One 3� air open spring close vapor valve connected with a victaulic coupling, in spill dam, actuated with separate switch. 3� line follows top of tank and down rear head using two 45 deg. Elbows, extend pipe down between frame rails leaving enough room behind bumper for customer to install valve or adapter and ending with NPT threads.
Clean outs
� Four 3� aluminum sumps with blind flanges evenly spaced on top centerline of tank, outboard of baffles. Additionally install Four Roll Sumps (2) each side at 3 & 9 O�clock position at middle of each compartment.
Emergency valve
� (2) Betts 6� mechanical Emergency Valve Tee�s installed one in each compartment and reduced with flange to 4� piping. Piping to extend forward & rearward from each valve, cable over pulley. Valves manifolded together with a 4� Betts Wet-r-dri splitter valve between compartments with service valves installed outboard of each valve, operators near street side landing gear. 
Piping and valving
� From each service valve install 4� aluminum piping to tee at landing gear and front of sub frame. Install a 4� Betts wet-r-dri valve each side (2 total), with 4� male NPT threads with threaded aluminum adapter and aluminum cap on each end. (4) Total.
